Kingdom School of Leadership and Ministry is a transformational leadership and ministry training programme run by Grace City Ministries.
The school exists to equip passionate believers, emerging leaders, ministers and kingdom influencers for effective service in ministry and society. It is an intensive training season that bridges the gap between passion and proficiency, combining deepened theology, practical ministry skills and personal mentorship.
To raise equipped, spirit-filled and transformational leaders who will influence the Church, communities, nations and generations for Jesus Christ.
Our conviction is that sound doctrine and sound character make sound leadership. Everything we teach is meant to shape both what you know and who you are.

The programme
An intensive season of weekend classes at Grace City Ministries HQ in Mpigi, built around five areas of study.
Each area builds on the others, moving from who you are, to what you believe, to how you lead.
Leadership that begins with who you are and flows into what you do. This module grounds leadership in biblical truth, so that influence in church and society is exercised with humility, vision and integrity.
A deeper, more confident handling of Scripture. You will learn how to read, interpret and apply the Bible carefully, so that your teaching and decisions rest on sound doctrine.
The practical side of leading a ministry well. This module equips you with working systems for building, organising and sustaining teams and congregations.
Strong public ministry depends on a strong private life. This module nurtures a deeper life of prayer, consecration and closeness to God, so that what you carry is real and lasting.
Learning alongside people who have walked the road. You receive guidance, input and prayer from seasoned kingdom leaders who invest personally in your growth.
